Refunds and Returned Merchandise: All Customers must obtain an RM# through customer service prior to returning any merchandise. We will accept returns on merchandise within 3-10 business days of a customer's delivery date. ("No Returns" for Bridal Gowns, Evenings Gowns/Formal Wear or Lingerie.) The customer is responsible for shipping fees on all returns. All returns are accepted as long as the merchandise is in new condition, unused, or damaged. Merchandise returned used, damaged or in unsatisfactory conditions where the item can not be resold, will not be refunded. All returns after 10 days business will be subject to a 30% restock fee, deducted from the original purchase amount of receipt.  For credit card purchases on any returned merchandise will be credited back to the purchaser's bank card within 3 business days upon receiving the merchandise. 
We, Deares Lace reserves the right to refuse returns on promotional items and "as is" final sale purchases. We ship our products through USPS, UPS, Fed-ex and local contract couriers. If the merchandise has not been received in 20 days of purchase, the customer may cancel your order for a Full Refund. We ship to 48 U.S. Mainland States Only.  
For Deares Lace Sales Representatives| Will Call purchases must be paid in 72 hrs of ordering, if failure to purchase in the allotted time, a 30% restocked fee will be added to your account. If representatives are not satisfied with these conditions, you may withdraw your services from Deares Lace. If an item is returned for an exchange of the same merchandise that is no longer available. A store will be given to the customer. This credit will not expire at any time of the operation of Deares Lace Co.
